Shipping & returns

SHIPPING

We ship all of our items using USPS. Once you place an order, you will be given tracking information for your package, as well as an estimated arrival date.

Our turnaround on shipping new orders is generally 1-2 business days from the time the order is confirmed.

 

RETURNS

We want you to love your shopping experience at Katia Boutique! We hope you enjoy each item you receive, but we also understand that sometimes things happen. Please see our simple return policy below. If you have any questions, please call us at 713-621-1817 or email us at katie@katiaboutique.com.

Return Information

All items must be returned to us in the condition they were received in. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and free of any smoke, perfume or any other odors. Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear
  • Sale Items
  • Items purchased with a discount code/temporary sale of 25% off or more 

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 5 business days. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will not be accepted.  After 14 days, we can not accept returns on any purchases (online or in store).

  • Original shipping fees and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an event that there was an error made by Katia. 
  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox, unworn and undamaged. 
  • Damages must be reported to us before wearing the item. Tags must still be attached.
  • Damages must be reported to us within 3 days. Please contact us immediately at katie@katiaboutique.com regarding your damaged order. We will assist you as quickly as possible.
