- Must be returned within 10 days of delivery date.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Katia reserves the right to refuse a return if items show signs of wear, or if all return policy requirements are not followed.
- Merchandise must have tags and/or all accessories; Shoes must include original box and condition.
- Swimwear, undergarments or intimate apparel, and all accessories ( jewelry, hats, belts, scarves, handbags ) are a final sale.
- Discounted items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Shipper is responsible for return shipping charges. COD deliveries are not accepted.
Make sure the return meets all the return policy requirements listed above.
Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for reason for return or ex-change and return authorization (R.A.) number will be e-mailed back to put on return shipping label of box.
Pack the merchandise in a secure package comparable to the one it was originally received in.
Enclose a copy of the receipt and R.A. #
Ship prepaid and insured with a tracking number to ensure delivery.
